Hello, my son's phone was stolen. I tried logging in and the OTP went to the phone. Using the OTP the thief changed the account password and I am locked out.
I want suspend the account ASAP.
Please help!

if you are desperate, you can call credit card to reverse the payment and the service will get cut off immediately, but you will suffer too, you will need to pay by vouchers for 12 months after

You can use the option that says didn't get this code and have it sent to email. Enter incorrect information up to 3 to 4 times and it should send the code to the email registered on file. If no luck then send a message to public mobile here here .
