Hello. My phone was stolen yesterday at 9:30pm, it was an iPhone with a public mobile e-sim and I’ve since erased the phone. I am wondering what the next steps from here are, and if it’s possible to get that e-sim/my phone number back when I buy a new phone tomorrow morning. Thank you

@Sara30, on the positive side, when you get a new replacement phone you can repurchase a new eSIM which will not cost you anything. It will look like there will be an amount but in the final step of confirming the purchase it should be 0.00. You will need to install the PM app on your new device and order it from there.

Login to your account on the PM website and click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then have the 2FA code sent by email to access your account.
Go to the Account tab>Report Lost/Stolen Device to put your account on pause.
Once you get your new phone. Download the PM app and login to your account and purchase a new SIM/eSIM in Account tab>Change SIM Card Number.
If you are having issues login to your account. You will need to contact a CS_Agent for assistance accessing your account and help you transfer your number over to the new phone if you are having issues.
