I signed up on Nov 18th and had problem registering and porting to Telus
I've sent support and mods all messages
About a week and half ago @Saray_O attempted to help me and said everything should be good in 24-48 hours
@Saray_O is not responding to my messages anymore
and its now a week later I'm still having the same issues with no service on my PM sim and myTelus sim still works(not ported)

Well my PM SIM doesn't work, I'm not going to call Telus

Yes self serve accounts active. I requested to port and activate at the same time

What about your self-serve account? Is it Active? Did you request to port in or this is no service issue?
If this is a porting issue, then your public mobile sim should still work with temporary number unless you requested to port in while you activated.

No, I read that was a possible issue when I signed up so I made sure not too

Are you using the same email on Public Mobile and on Telus account?
