I signed up for a $40 plan on Nov 16 for this promotion. I have waited for over one month and still did not see the $10 credit on my first or second bill. I have no idea who to contact to find out what is going on. Can anyone provide information on what I can do to inquire about this missing credit. Thanks a lot.

Click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions. Moderator can check this out for you.

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
