Still Waiting the SIM CARD

Hi , I've placed an order on Mar 04,2024, but until now still not received the sim card. and my plan subscription will expire on Mar 13,2024. What can I do now . can I go to telus store to get new one and use the card to activate my new plan?

it is not unusual it takes long for PM to send the sim card, usually is within 1 week, but can be up to 3

you can ask support agent to check, but you should plan on backup plan, maybe you can buy the PM sim card from a nearby Telus or Koodo store like on March 11 if  still not receive the card
