Good day all
Thought I would post my inaugural message to these fora as a squeaking wheel in hopes of garnering some assistance from the moderators... I'm now 10 days in waiting for what I've read is a simple manual process to port from Koodo prepaid. I've private messaged a couple times to various moderators. Understand they are busy ... but paranoia settling in so decided to post this message in hopes that maybe one will take mercy and assist.
That said I am curious to understand the additional "work effort" that has been added by PM to resolve these issues (meaning additional person hours).
I am also concerned that a simple manual process to port from Koodo prepaid is not that simple at all and is indicative of a larger problem for this process... if it was simple then one area of focus for PM should be on this subset so that they could achieve a greater number of "quick wins".
