I did not receive the text giving a one time 2 GB of data and 500 free intl long distance minutes. Can someone prompt public for me?

I think they are still sending, as I just got the text few mins ago.

If you don't get the text by the end of the day, then you can reach out to a Customer Support Agent to get the holiday gifts manually added to your account if you ask.

 

You'll have to use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

hi if you did not receive the text yet you should try texting YES2 to 4911 to see if it will except it , after 15th of dec customer service will manually add the gifts for you 

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
