I noticed when watching Facebook Reel that my data freezes many times. So my husband and I each did a speed test on our phones with different providers. My husband is fine and mine is very disappointing. Never had this issue before transferring providers

hi @Amanda24f you have a 4G plan? or 3G?
if you have a 4G plan, then the speed is not good. Try Reset all networks. And can you test the sim in your husband's phone?
you can also ask PM to refresh you account.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Amanda24f at home you are better off using your home's Wifi but it is possible that around you house that signal for PM is weaker. I have found pockets in the outskirts of my city that get weak where it used to be fine with Rogers but then I have found areas where it was weak with Rogers and is now much faster with PM. It's a bit of a trade off
