Something didnt go right while activiating your subscription

Hi, all

I just subscribed to public mobile last week, and received the sim card few days ago. but when tried to active the account, I always got an error message of "Subscription not activated" in the last step (after I chose a phone number), and there is a follow-up message " Something didn't go right while activating your subscription", is there anyway to solve this problem?  Keep getting into a constant loop on the app and online customer support keeps kicking me out. Also how can I contact the customer support agent?

yes I used the app and tried to get online support but it keeps kicking me out of chat. I have installed and reinstalled the app a few times now and still the same loop over and over again.

@Vdl  And you were using the app to activate ? Not website ? You need the app to activate . 

if you need to submit ticket with support use 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
