Hi folks,
Okay the only other person I know with a OnePlus 3 right now is @atwkim85, but I'm posting this to all in case it may affect you. If you have a OnePlus 3 AND you have a SIP provider configured in the dialer settings (e.g. you're a data-only user that's set up a SIP provider), then please do not update to the OxygenOS 3.2.0 over-the-air update just yet. There is an issue if you have a SIP configured, the phone will fail to recognize your SIM card(s) after the update. I'd advise you to wait for now. For your reference, the main thread over at the oneplus forums is here: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oxygenos-3-2-0-ota-sim-problem.453972/.
If you don't have a SIP provider configured in your dialer, then don't worry. Also, if you're not sure what a SIP provider is or if you have one configured, you probably don't. It's something you would have had to do intentionally.

If you are using a SIP provider, just use the app CSipSimple on Android. The stock dialiers SIP support is terrible and really drains the battery with no TCP wait support.

@danette77 @Luddite this thread is making me thirsty!
Further update, 3.2.1 has been deployed and I've installed it and not found any introduced issues. So I think anyone that was waiting should be okay to go ahead.

CAUTION: do not confuse SIPping with a SIP ping.
@Luddite Ha haaaaa that was hilarious! I'll probably think about this now every time I buy tea from my local SIP provider.

Update: the OTA update has been pulled while OnePlus works this one out. Crisis averted.
