Hi, I don't have a public mobile account yet. All I need is a small
monthly data plan and nothing else. Can I choose no talk, no text, no
data and just get the 1gb data add on only, or do I have to subscribe to
a data plan?

Clearly what's needed here is not just a new ticketing system but more
staff! If the current mods are taking 12 days to respond that is just
sad. I remember when I joined Public Mobile about 6 months ago I'd get a
response often in minutes, it was on...
@talkalot I wish there were longer term options too. I'd certainly go
for up to 180 days if it saved me some $$$, I'm always on the lookout
for a better deal on everything and anything.
@Brooke_C It makes sense to charge something for the SIM, I can see a
lot of folks just ordering out of curiosity if they are completely free.
(Even though I didn't, I signed up ) The free Xpresspost shipping is a
nice touch too.
