Why is the data so slow?

I subscribe to 75gbs of 5g and never hit my cap.

I have no background apps active, yet is still takes minutes to open a page or watch a video. 

I feel like I am being throttled or ripped off.

no rip off here, just a problem with your phone setup.  What phone do you have?

make sure your old carrier sim card is removed.  Then Reboot phone and reset network settings on the phone.  

if same, PM support can help,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
