Public mobile should have this part on4g not slow 2g.
should stop needing to sign in again and again after initial sign in.
should stop 404 ertor message.
stop wasting too much time
Should be able to go to community easer than it is now and be able to contact customer suppoert faster.
with slow system. it takes hours to just vontact support if even that.

To contact support it takes less than a minute. But for agent to reply it will depend on how busy they are. But they DO reply...

@NG5 , we just came out of outages with the self serve last week. It seems like everything is back to normal now.

@NG5 hi it is far from a perfect system but I find clearing your cache once in a while and using a browser in private or incognito mode helps alot
