@GenericUsername Just thought I'd update this thread to note that PM must have taken note and has fixed this as I no longer see the tiling down when I click My Account. So thank you is in order to whoever at PM is keeping track of some of these things being posted by customers.
On another note, it seems the website is very slow right now and my self serve account still hasn't finished loading for the last 10 minutes..

any settings changes you can try?
just some suggestion:
Clear the cookies and cache
Reset Zoom
Reset the minimum font size.
Reset the page style.
Check that JavaScript is not blocked.
Check that your system clock is set correctly.

@GenericUsername Yep, I notice the same thing when selecting Sign In to self serve.
Unfortunately, most of the changes PM has implemented over the last year and a half have been more of miss than a hit and certainly haven't improved the webiste and has, in fact, made it more glitchy and just generally less appealing IMO.
