I started my account yesterday.
I got an email saying welcome to Public mobile etc. and log in here.
I cannot log into my account and my sim wont work
any ideas?

@Carinababina, unfortunately you are going to need to contact the moderator team to get support. Their turnaround time is at least 48 hours. Did you try your SIM in a different phone? Did you get the PIN confirmation text?
I might be stating the obvious, but wanted to note that the logins for this community vs. your PM account are two different things.
