New sim card in but the sim number when I register says invalid

Did you buy SIM from legitimate source?
What do you try to accomplish? Change SIM or activate brand new account?

@Jessicalewisss what are you trying to do with the new SIM card? Activation or Change Sim card?
for activation, please go to https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
For change sim card on the current account, login to My Account , click Change SIM CARD and follow the steps for 2FA:
Make sure you enter the 19 digits sim number correctly
if still fails, open a ticket to Pm to validate if the SIM is new , never used

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
