Sim not provisioned for voice

I got a notification last night around 8 stating "Sim not provisioned for voice". Now I only have access to emergency calls only. I have no access to data, messages or calls.

Hmm... that is the type of message that occurs when SIM-swap fraud occurs (someone else taking over your service with their own SIM card)

To check for this, note the SIM card number printed on your physical SIM card (also may be able to see ICCID in phone settings/SIM card info), then compare to the SIM card number registered in your Public Mobile self-serve portal under Profile>My Phone number>SIM Card Number.

If the numbers do not match, you need to acquire/buy a new SIM card (or eSIM) and enter the new SIM card number there in the portal.

If it's the same, I'd try your SIM in another phone to see if the behaviour is any different. If it works, it's possible your phone has been blacklisted in Canada. You can check your device IMEI here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Tried that already.

If this hasn't already been tried, please reboot your device.  This can sometimes fix these types of issues.  If that doesn't work, the next step is try your SIM card (if it is removable) in another device to check if is the device or the network/carrier causing this.
