Hi Mods,
I Just went to Walmart and activated a new Simcard and paid for the $35 plan and it was charged successfully. After i put in my SIM card to my phone, it says not provisioned and I can not connect...
I tried to create self service and it also doesn't allow me to do so, as I can not get text message to verify my phone #.. Can someone please help.

@caspy719 I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that. include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.
