Sim hijacked

Membrane

Hey my sim has been hijacked and they are remote accessing my phone and are controlling it in engineer mode. Right now I'm locked to one tower and it won't allow me to text and my data won't connect. I need a new sim card! This is the second time this happened to me here. Can I get a new sim card? And also how can I get my imsi footprints to find out where this other phone is? It says I have public mobile but when I do anything to connect it says I can't connect to public mobile. I can call but not text. I think they modified my firmware. I know I need to start somewhere and get a new esim and make sure that they don't have access to the one that is cloned. I found in some logs that a USB was attached , whether that was remotely or indirectly and Samsung movers was used to clone. Hard to say at this point because all my logs have been removed and they are doing everything to cover up whats happening . Could I get some help please ?!

@Membrane  You've been told how to contact customer support by private message in your previous related threads.   Did you contact them or did they not help?

No one like to here this but once you're hacked it takes a lot of work to get rid of them. It's better to start from scratch reinstall your os on your computer or get a new one same with your phone. Get a new number a new email close all online account and open new ones with a new email even change banks if they ever got in to it. And make sure you don't log into old account with new devices.  to avoid being tracked. Good luck getting rid of them. My sister got hacked a few years ago it was a real pain.

@Membrane  . Sorry I thought you guys worked for public mobile. I have tried to find any support I could but I can't find any.

The Public Mobile employees are at this link if  you can't log in to use the chatbot to submit a ticket.  You don't need to be logged in to your phone account for the link to work, just this community, same as you have to to post here.

I've run so many malware checks. Whatever malware they keep injecting me with I think got into my firmware and into my memory whether it's ram or vram... Whatever they have bypasses bit defender, eset, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, you name it. The malware puts my devices in some sort of domain that they control. I've found lists and lists of domains theyve used. It seems a lot like a botnet operation, but I don't even know because I keep losing all my findings. But I know now that I will only connect to one "tower" which I looked into and it seems like it's fake and just an imsi catcher. And just so happens to be right outside the place I am staying at. My foundings seen that they are sending c2 command and control calls through gtalk, and social media, with lots of proxy cover ups. They using ipc to control apps that I have on my devices, then manipulate them, allowing them to bypass all detection. Basically an edr silencer (endpoint detection response). Sorry I thought you guys worked for public mobile. I have tried to find any support I could but I can't find any. Thanks a lot for your guys help .

@Membrane  Both @hTideGnow and @slusagm gave you the method to contact Public Mobile customer support agents, we are only other customers here in the community so cannot look into technical details.  Since you're asking for an esim, you would have to do that yourself by purchasing it through the Public Mobile app if you are able to log in.  For a hard sim card as was explained, you can get one from a Telus/Koodo store, Amazon or Mobile Klinik. Have you run a malware check on your devices?

Well honestly I don't know if a new esim will help. I am just really feeling tormented, I just want them to leave me alone. I called the rcmp in November and they didn't even take a statement but I was in a very crazy state from all this torment. Id rather not involve them as I just feel like they're going to try and convince me I am crazy again. Which I am not , I gather evidence of it and then it gets corrupted or deleted or my device gets locked and I have to reset . I wanted to try a new e sim to see if I get service back . Without an actual knowing their motive and intent of this, its quite scary. Maybe they're just messing with me. Maybe theyre actually trying to control where my "phone" has been seen last alive. The whole ordeal seems nuts so it's hard to explain to someone without them thinking like what's the chances of that happening to you. Is there a way I can see my imsi data? Or any way to confirm any of my findings within public mobile?

I've been begging to find out why me man. I had my phone stolen from me a couple years ago and it started after that. I'm not sure if that correlates, but there's that. It's also has been happening since ive been with the girl I am with. So it could be that. It also whatever it is they do with my phone on the surface looks like it's me. So very well could be lots of reasons why, I've tried digging and I don't know what else to do. I went to the police in November and they didn't understand what I was talking about, but I was pretty upset at the time. They put me in a hospital. Then it happens again to me now, it's 100 percent someone that knows me, cares a lot to make me hurt and doubt myself, want to know what I am doing, and wants to sabotage. I don't understand it, I took back a phone because it was happening and it just got onto that one. I think I should trade this phone in which would suck because I do love this pixel 8 pro, but ever since Ive had it, just so much compromise and headaches. How can I get my imsi data to determine what is going on, and give me a foot up on finding out who is doing this??

@Membrane  In one place you said you need a new sim card but then you said " I know I need to start somewhere and get a new esim".  Can you clarify which you need, sim card or esim?   I agree with @slusagm that you may need to get the police to investigate - is it RCMP for this sort of thing?

why you got targeted?

it is a bigger problem if so, not just a Public mobile service problem if real.  Not sure who else can help. Police?

Not yet, but I've had this all happen before and when I try to call for help or call someone to deal with that's when they hijack. It seems like a means to control and spy on me. I've lost my service many times now and it's always when I am trying to call someone to help me or it's when I need to use my service at a lifeline. Whatever it is, I'm remotely accessed and there's 2 of my phone's on my accounts always 2, I feel like maybe it's not even a real phone and it may be emulated. But it's hard to determine when every time I investigate, they take away my control delete all my logs and I have to reset my PC or phone. I dont know what their motive is, who they are for certain. I am tired of dealing with it. It feels like just psychological games. They somehow can get into any account I have, I found a bunch of very questionable apps on my phone that I cannot get rid of, I found one that I looked up and found on GitHub called remote deauth and remote capture.  Which is controlled and sent through udp to external endpoint. It's really hard to deal with all these things. How would you guys deal with it ? I also can't adb and get much info from my phone because it's mostly all locked so I can't see what is really hapoeneing.

i don't think your service was hijacked.

try ask PM to check.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Yes I only connecting to one tower and I reviewed the details of the tower and it isn't registered and it looks like it may be some sort of imsi catcher. They give me my service, but can take away it just as fast. Text won't work right now but they allow me to call but it seems as if it's just an interception job. Ive been dealing with cyber attacks and hacking for 2 years on and off, I've been sim jacked before where I lose it completely , right now they have it set up that they just have remote access , they take videos without me knowing , pictures , audio. It's a real lot on the head and the mental health. Do you think a sim will help? I know that they reconfigured my settings and that's why it's like this. And took away my ability to change such settings. So now I'm just wondering how to go about this? They just sending payload after payload of malware to my computer and my phone. It's really annoying and I don't understand the motive of it. It seems a lot like someone is trying to make it look like I did something or they're after me and I keep catching on to their plan. What should I do?

"locked to one tower" as in network? or physically locked? why it happens to you all the time?

Yes, you can buy new sim card and then update it on your My Account.  Any Telus or Koodo stores close by? buy PM sim there and ask PM to help to update
