Need help im trying to activate a new card to my account because i lost my simcard, i bought a new one but it wont let me add it. It just keep having my old one in the slot.

Try using another devise to see if you can successfully activate then change it to the devise you intend to use.

You have to swap/change SIMs not to active new one unless you are opening new account.

Is the sim working yet? Try another device or browser or use incognito mode. Maybe it's not being recognized yet. There was a whole system change recently that didn't seem to have any testing or problem fixes before rolling out so maybe that function hasn't caught up yet.
If trying other methods doesn't work then you'll need to contact the support people to change it for you. So much for self-serve.

Activate is a special term here. Are you using the change sim in your account? Or are you activating a new account? Slot is also a special term. Are you meaning where it shows the sim card # in the account?
