it can take a week to 3 weeks for sim card to come
but you can check with PM to confirm if they shipped out
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
Wait till Friday. If you still don't see the sim card in the mail, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
