Hi there,

I lost my phone and SIM card, so I need to replace it.  Once I get a new SIM card, will the old SIM card be cancelled.  I'm wondering if I can keep the same number, or do I have to get a new number in this situation.

I'm wondering about the eSim.  Do you have any information on how that works?  Same cost, same process?

You can keep your phone number. You'll need to login and update the SIM card number on your account to the new one. For now you should login and report your phone lost so your services are temporarily disabled.

@r-farnell  Yes you can keep same number , but when you get new SIM card just log into your account and got to account page notice “change your SIM card “ tap it and follow the prompts and it will cancel old SIM card and you will keep same phone number and plan ,
