I haven't received my sim yet. Also the Mobile phone I'm using that is from India so indian play store doesn't allow me to download the public Mobile app. It says not available in your region. Please help me.

If you have an Android phone you can download the apk install file from apkpure:

I see this as unlikely after 5 business days due to the fact that you would end up receiving two SIM cards.

So anyone with this app can help me activating my SIM card ?
Its been 5 business days since I ordered this this sim if I don't count the weekend. Is possible that I can rundown to a store to get a sim from there and get the refund which I ordered online?

for the app, it needs a Google or Apple account that link to Canada and not other countries. You might need to ask your friend with a Canadian account to download and help installation
for sim card,
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
How long you ordered? If you waited over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
