Hello, I have a sim card of public mobile. I did not charge it for a while. Now when I go to my account to active that. I select the section’ I have already sim card and when it asks the number on the sim card after putting that it is written that this sim is not valid. Buy the way There was 34$ charged in my transactions for public mobile 2 days ago. If it was not active and valid how this happened?

@NeginNeda Do you mean you purchased a Public Mobile sim card some time ago but never activated it, or you were using the sim card for a Public Mobile phone number previously but had not kept up the payments for a period of time and now want to re-use it?

i am a bit confused. you said the account has not been charged for a while, but why was there a $34 charge 2 days ago? Did you try to activate a new account 2 days ago? did you login to My Account?
and I did you try to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number and check , if you have the phone number
and you said you have a sim card of Public Mobile, is that a new sim card you just got? or an old one from before?

Please check if your Public Mobile service is working. As for entering your SIM card number, there wouldn't be a time that you would need to type in the SIM card number of a SIM card that you've arleady been using.

so, the sim card was active from before? for your $34 plan? Then you shouldn't go through the activation. You just just login My Account using the app. Do you have the phone number for that $34 plan? If you have call 1-855-4PUBLIC on another phone, enter your phone number and check if the system confirms the number and account are active
