So the tracking number shows the sim sent from Richmond BC on Feb 26, 2020, and shows it delived on Feb 28 to a non-disclosed address in Calgary AB. Shipping address on my Invoice is correct for BC. Seems to be no way to get my product or have this corrected.

The Questionmark icon doesn't work, because I can't get past the Verify step. I don't have a PublicMobile account yet, because I don't have a phone number yet, because I don't have a sim card yet. I'll send a private message and see if that gets results.

To contact the moderators and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)
