I haven't received my sim card for an order placed on 19th july.
How can we fix this ?

It might not be working at the present time. It was worth a try though. As stated above, might want to wait a few more days. Canada post is slower these days with Covid. Otherwise, you will need to contact moderator.

Not sure whether you received an order number from Public mobile. If you have an order number, you can check online to see status of order.

@Medbarh no. However, if it fails to come, you can ask for a credit. Or if it comes keep it and use it for your first referral. Stay safe.

There is a delay in shipping. It can sometimes take two to three weeks due to the pandemic.

@Medbarh hi give till the end of next week, Canada Post is still seeing delays
