Sim card not received

Order # 318462 dated 2nd December 2022 said would be received in 5 to 10 days and still have not received the same.  If this could not be  delivered on time then it should not be mentioned on the email.  Kindly provide the status for this order asap.

It may take up to 3 weeks for your SIM to arrive.

Hopefully it will arrive this Friday. If not, contact a CS_Agent with your order number by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.

@Anndsouza2022 , it took 3 weeks for me to receive my sim card which was delivered by Canada Post & it wasn't trackable! I hope you get yours soon.

Me too. Let me know how you do and what the resolution is.  

In hind sight I guess the resolution would be based on if you have an account or no account.

You should get help with that by reaching out to a Customer Support Agent.

 

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

Ask customer support - we're customers on this forum, just like you.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
