Sim card not arriving

So I ordered sim cards and they are never coming and I didn't get a tracking number either

Normally it should arrive in a couple of weeks but members indicated it took 3 weeks.

If it is longer, contact a CS_Agent to see if it is shipped out.

when did you order the sim card??  Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

At least wait for 10 business days, then open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  You can Private mssage CS Agent at:
