My sim card has no service after using aeroplane mode and no matter what i do i cannot get service back.
I have resetted phone, removed sim and my bill is paid.
I think there is a problem at the carrier end.
My SIM number is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@Staliger , if you tested the SIM card in two phones with she results, then it's likely a problem with your account. Have you confirmed that it's in active status? You mentioned about going to airplane mode. Was this to troubleshoot an account issue?

check your sim card and make sure the registered sim matches the one in your phone as @Jb456 suggested. if it doesn't, someone is commiting fraud
contact customer support mods
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

I have tested in another phone and still no service

In account. Click change sim card. It shows the last 4 digits of the card.
Pull sim out of your phone. Do they match?

Did this only happen after using airplane mode? If so, this is likely a device issue.
