I ordered my sim card on the 25 of October, it's now the 16th of November and still nothing.
I'm very frustrated and not happy about the fact that I can't even email you about this issue because your only email is a no reply..

@Samas Sorry to hear about your trouble.
Please send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and they will send you a replacement sim.
In your message to the mods, please include the order number of the SIM card.
The order number can be found in the order confirmation email that must have been sent to you when you ordered the sim online.

Please contact the @CS_Agent via private message with your information. This will get you in contact with the right folks.
You will find an envelop icon on the pain community page where yo can send and receive PM from the mods, and all users of the forum.

The way to get support is now via this forum - send a private message to the moderators (click here) and provide your email address, phone number and description of the problem.
In your case, as you might not be able to give the above yet (as I presume you haven't gotten an actual PM account without the SIM) you can give whatever info you can.
To be honest, it would be much quicker to just buy one at a participating Walmart or WOW Boutique (click the "Get a Sim" link from here) if there's a location near you.
