Please be very careful with the information that is given because the information that you have provided is not correct and could potentially be harmful resulting in the customer possibly needing to purchase a new SIM card.
While the default PIN of a SIM card will be 1234, the PUK of a SIM card will never be 1234. PIN and PUK are two entirely different things. There's also no such thing as a default PUK. Every SIM card will have a different PUK and there's no possible way for a customer to know it (without getting it from Public Mobile), nor should anyone ever try to guess it.

Try entering the default PUK 1 2 3 4. If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent.

if the phone was used on PM network before, you can ask PM for help by messaging:

earliest reply would be tomorrow. when you ask for help, include the exact text asking for the PUK
