Sim card has 20 numbers

I can't register my Sim card because they want a 19 digit Sim number and mine has 20... what do I do

For activation, you need to enter the number of a brand new never used Public Mobile Sim card, and it must be 19 digits.

Check the card again, does it say Public Mobile?  you can only use Public mobile sim card to activate, not Koodo or Telus or not other providers
