Is it possible to get a sim card for my lte watch and put it under my phone's sim card account for some nominal fee? I don't want to pay for a whole extra subsciption since I cannot use my phone and my watch at the same time.

While you're right that a customer can't have more than one active SIM cards associated with a Public MObile account, Public Mobile SIM cards will absolutely work in comptible smartwatches as long as it has a SIM card slot, though I am aware that some smartwatches that only allow for the use of eSIM won't work on Public Mobile.

@John_DiSciullo PM doesn't support more than 1 sim card per account and per email address. They do not support esims for watches either.
Edit: Corrected to add support for some watches with physical sim only.
