Recently I ordered a new sim for my son, but while entering his new sim number to his account I added it to my account
The physical sim is in my sons phone so hes been getting my calls
My old sim is inside my mo but the number on my profile shows the new sim card
Practically both phones now dont work even if i try to change the sim number s with the actuall ones and physically entering them to their respective phones
Please advise

Click on chat icon on the right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help. Not sure if you really need to contact customer service agent though.
From your description, you changed the new SIM card to your account. So, just move the new SIM card to your phone. You original SIM card in your phone is no good now. You will need to purchase a new SIM card again for your son's account.
Reboot your phone when you put the new SIM card in your phone.

Look like yiu entered the sim on the wrong account, you need to buy 1 or 2 new sim to fox it
Please submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to check the sim registered on the 2 accounts
