On Monday Feb. 27th (early early am), I ordered a pack of 2 sim cards to be delivered to my home (vaudreuil, qc, can)
On Mar. 2nd I got notice that an attempted delivery was made but I was not home. Right away that Thursday late pm, i followed the email's instructions and paid 1.25$ with my cc ro get delivery yesterday March 5th. I was home all day and didn't receive the parcel.
When I try to track the parcel with the number I was given on the canda post website,, the number doesn't work.

Please inquire and let me know asap.
I want to buy a plan ans activate my account asap.
Thank-you,,
Anita

The tracking number that you've typed in below doesn't belong to Canada Post. it's a UPS tracking number. Also, UPS tracking numbers start with 1Z.

Who did you buy from? Public Mobile online or somewhere else?
Can you send a screen shot of the email? Were you mislead or make an assumption that the email was related to your SIM card delivery??
How is it being delivered? UPS or Canada Post?
My experiences are:
UPS leaves on the porch.
Canada Post in the community box.
And you paid $1.25...no way!!! Or did you give some scammer your credit card number??? I would be watching my credit card transactions or alerts very carefully and very often. And who knows how long some one will sit with the card number before they fraudulently use it?
If they don't arrive you do the ChatBot thing, fill out a form, and then a CSA contacts you and they will resend 2 more.

@BKNS27 I think it is a scam too. I think the email just any email and happen that OP thought it was related with the PM sim order

It sounds like a scam. Call your credit card company to make sure there are no suspicious activity on your card.

@Anitavaudreuil you need to pay an extra $1.25 to get a re-delivery? That is weird. May I know which site you pay the money to get re-delivery?
did you order the sim card from PM online direclty? Sim card orders from PM are usually shipped by Canada Post with no tracking, how you got the tracking number? An email from Public Mobile?
For your sim card order, you might want to open ticket with PM support and have them to investigate.
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@Anitavaudreuil - we are customers and members like you here on the forum, not public mobile representatives.
You ordered SIM card online with Public?
Where did you obtain that tracking number from?
If this was a trackable item contact customer support (CSA) to inquire.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
