Sim card delivery issue

I signed up for sim card on Jan 26, 2026, and still haven't received it. Who do I contact?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community

Your SIM normally takes 10 working days or 2 weeks but may take up to 3 weeks by Canada Post so hopefully it will arrive by Monday.

You can check with a CS_Agent to check when it was sent out by typing in Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon or:
