and use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,or safari on private mode, and get verification code choose by email for SIM Swap.

@Markdakota Is the account suspended or put into Lost/Stolen mode? If the latter, then you need to Resume service first, or make a payment first if the account is suspended.
edit: @Markdakota make sure you clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito mode before retrying to log into the account.
