Set up account last week. System said I had esim so attempted. It failed. Order sim card. Now find account is being charged with activation. Trying to activate with new sim. System still locked in esim loop. Tried change sim card. System sending secure safe code to cell number not yet active. Crazy loop.

you got your sim card yet? when you have the sim card with you, ask PM to help to update he sim card number, also ask them to give you a possible refund with the eSIM as that didn't work
