I paid for an esim, was charged but never got an activation QR code and the customer service representative said they couldn't help. Has anyone dealt with this? The app must of had issues and now the no refund... can I get this dealt with? Need to figure it out before the 23rd, thanks!

Yes @randy1862 , it is true that CS agent cannot regenerate the QR code on behalf of there was an error during activation.
You can get a physical sim card first, message CS agent with the sim card number and they can complete the activation for you
After all completed, you can then login PM app and change the sim back to eSIM. Many gone through that process (change to physical sim and back to eSIM after) without trouble
