Public Mobile customer support agents have no way of knowing for sure what the SIM card's PIN is.  While they can provide the PUK for the SIM card, that is actually a different code and serves a different purpose.  All Public Mobile SIM cards have a default PIN of 1234.

What is the reason for this code?  There are a few codes that may be asked.  PUK code?  If there is a message shown on your phone, what is the exact wording?

By chance is your phone locked to another carrier?
