I've purchasrd a new Sim card online and the delivery estimate Dec8, but I didn't get it yet. I can't track it and have no idea what happened.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents

if you need one quixk, but the sim from Telus or Koodo store first and ask agent to reimburse

regrettably Sim cards can take several weeks to receive by postal mail.
If you need one much quicker, pick one up at a corporate Telus or Koodo location.
After you do this and get activated, the customer support agents will very likely refund you the cost of the original one you purchased online.
