I ordered a Sim Card online on August 6, 2022. I have yet to receive my confirmed order and it has been more than 10 business days. Is there anything I can do, such as pick it up locally?

Lucky you!!! Give it to him..and get him out of here quick!!! 🙂
So the other day this link did NOT work https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07R6P5KBB?ref=myi_title_dp but does today. And in further searching the other day there was another listing sold by PM for a SIM for $7.99.

Yikes..2 weeks!? I ordered last year and received in 2 or 3 days via courier. It was shipped out of Toronto and I'm in GTA. Did your order originate out of Toronto as well? I sure hope PM hasn't messed up their shipping process.

I did also order 1 from PM's site so technically the free one was $5 lol

@Belfry free sim, you are lucky
There are actually 2 Amazon links , both are sold by PM. For some reason, only 1 of the 2 has stock. But you are lucky you weren't aware of the working link.. lol

Amazon didn't have any in stock last week, I ordered online then decided,to take a trip to a Telus store. The Telus employee ended up just giving me the sim

It will take 3-10 days for PM to ship the SIM to you then it is up to Canada Post to take their time so it may take up to 3 weeks.
If you are in a rush, just go to your local Telus/Koodo store and pick one up.

@CountyDownIeUk- I forgot points. And I suppose the not spending money on the sim. sheepishly slinking away 🙂

Right now a new activation with a free SIM would be ahead by:
$10 SIM card
$10 for using referral code
$5 value in receiving 5 welcome points
$25 for using referral code $5 per month for 5 months.
======
$50 TOTAL.
Then any promos....now is the time!

@CountyDownIeUk- My local major mall has a corporate Telus store and a corporate Telus/Koodo kiosk. The store shushes me right outta there when I say Public Mobile. No other corporate stores around. Lots of retailers with all the big Telus signs.
$50? Maybe if he refers forward. At best $35.

Check here for closest retailer.

I thought the days of Telus corporate stores were long gone. I guess not! We are close to 2 Telus/Koodo stores...NOT on the list. Both are franchises. I can see what they might not want to sell or why Telus does not want them to sell. I guess the Amazon option would be faster and a little less $. And personally I would not drive from Maple Ridge to Langley to make a $10 purchase. The OP does have other options that are 99 cents or free if he uses the sellers referral code....and that, right now, can save him $50.

I received my online order in 2 weeks. You may get it next week.

@Frank666 no, you cannot have instore pickup for online orders. PM usually ship within 3 weeks, so, it should come soon. You can try to message them for status:

If you have a corporate Koodo store you could go get one and wait for the other to arrive and then have it for referrals or a spare. Some corporate Telus stores might too. Many retailers will have big Telus signs but they're not Telus corporate stores.
Check the Find a store link on the bottom of this page.
Adding - don't forget to use a referral code for a current promo. You might actually already have one in your private messages. If so then that user has violated the rules of the place by sending you one unsolicited. Feel free to ask of course.
