Do you need it in a rush for activation? If so, you might want to check with local Mobile Store, many of them will give it to you for free if you activate with them. Recent promotion can be redeem with instore activation as well. So you can activate there with free sim without problem

@lake - SIM Cards normally come through regular Canada Post delivery. 3-10 days is hopefully the delivery time, but could be longer.
