@Alisongonsalves , how long ago did you order it? You haven’t received the confirmation of placing the order yet? You won’t receive a tracking # for SIM card orders though. It took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM card through Canada Post from Public Mobile!

@Alisongonsalves how long you ordered it?? and usually you will get an email for the order, please check your spam folder as well as check your CC to confirm the order was completed
Also, Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeksf. If it has been over 10 days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way
