notice, that complaints about no services etc. are way way down.....? yes, there's still lots of work to do and many are still waiting, but i think a clear sign of all pm staff to work their rear ends off is, that the complaints are really much less now and more common ( some silly ) questions are popping up again...

It's definitely been much improved. Of course lots of people still need help and it's not back to normal by any means. The mods are working like crazy to attack the backlog and it shows. They've also been helping lots by email, facebook and Twitter.
