If you are looking to activate a new plan with Public Mobile, you need to obtain a new SIM card and activate in-store, online here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation, or click this link to use the: Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance.

 

Tickets to customer support agents (CSA) are generally for account related support issues.

HI @Groovo88   what was the problem you were having?

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

Or maybe tell us what was issue
