I sign in to community but when I try to sign in to public mobile to make a payment, it won't accept my user name.
Also when I called in to reactivate my cell, they are asking for a 4 digit code. I don't know what code they want

@Ritzhawke1 - if you activated an account in-store, you may have not created a self serve account yet. To register for your MyAccount/Self Serve, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you cannot located your Account PIN as @dust2dust described only CSA can reset it for you.

Not that good idea. Keep all passwords unique.
As for log ins:
For self-serving account and My rewards it is your email
For Community it is ID you see at the top of every post

The 611 wants your 4 digit pin that you made when you activated. If you were to use vouchers then you don't need that pin. You might find that pin on your phone and maybe on your sim. It's from 611.

@Ritzhawke1 Your self serve account username is your email which is separate and different from your community forum username (Ritzhawke1). Which username are you trying with?
