I signed up, and shortly after I ported in my number.
Any time I try to login to publicmobile.ca, it wants to send me a security verification to my old # (which was a temporary number as I ported in). Can this be fixed? Not sure how this oversight is still an issue 4 months in.

you might be able to update the phone number for receiving 2FA yourself.
check if you can login using e-mail to receive the code first
On the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA.
if you can login, go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number
