@ox71 Yes, better if PUK was available from your self serve account. You're stuck until they respond or you invest in a new SIM.
I've always agreed with this. There seems to be (almost) no legit reason* not to make the linked PUK pre-emptively available, without inconveniencing the PM customer or the PM staff. The customer's account is always the first place the customer is going to go when trying to resolve problems, and it already verifies the customer's identity with all the same security mechanisms the PM staff would use.
* The only exception I can imagine is that access to PUKs is deliberately limited so that few PUKs are readily available for crypto-analysis, analogous to key control by a locksmith, it limits availability/duplication of keys but it also limits what is revealed about the lock mechanism itself.
All that being said, I'd prefer to have my PUK ready before I need it, not get myself locked out and have to jump through hoops to get back in.

In the interim if you want make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Well I did that and still no reply, The Service hours ended at 7pm so now I wait for how long?
I've been a customer since the beginning of the company and I have to say that having a Service line works much better than a forum. What is all this badge rubbish?
