In addition to the PM VoLTE checker, there is another Telus Volte device checker at https://www.telus.com/en/business/support/article/how-to-use-volte . The reason I bring this up is that my Samsung A21 failed on the PM VoLTE checking site (shown at the end of this post), but passed on the Telus business site. As you will see below, Telus specifically stated that "all new devices sold by Telus in 2018 or later ... will work on Telus VoLTE network.
I live in rural Manitoba and my Samsung A21 is working (as of Jan. 2, 2026) even though PM VoLTE site said it was not compatible with its system. So, it would appear that the Telus Business IMEI website gives correct answers, while the Public Mobile one does not.

hi @Fiyin
No, they are still running in Winnipeg, they just have some network change
PM will decommission the 3G network in Winnipeg and Manitoba end of this year. It will mainly affect voice but not mobile data. What it means is you need a VoLTE phone that is compatible with PM network to have voice calls. The rest of the country will be the same but most of the country will not have this 3G decommission for another 1 or 2 years
check if your phone is VoLTE whitelisted with PM here:

if not, you will need to buy a new phone, like a new iPhone, a new Samsung or Google or Motorola phone
